Bharatpur, Nov 21 – The Eco-Minions (TEM) successfully organized a one-day “Student Entrepreneurship Training” to enhance creativity, leadership, problem-solving skills, and business awareness among school students in Bharatpur.
The training, held at Shree Durga Sheshkant Adhikari Secondary School, centered on Masyaura production and marketing, providing students with both theoretical insights and practical learning. Participants were introduced to production techniques, quality control, pricing strategies, branding, and market analysis. A hands-on demonstration allowed students to practice real-world product presentation and understand market-ready communication skills.
Additionally, the session highlighted effective sales techniques, customer interaction methods, and the importance of utilizing local resources to initiate small-scale enterprises.

The program was jointly organized by TEM, Bharatpur Metropolitan City–Ward No. 16, and the Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU), Rampur. TEAM GUNSAAR facilitated the training session.
More than 170 students from Shree Madhyamik Vidyalaya Dhaddaghaari and Shree Durga Sheshkant Adhikari Secondary School participated actively, making the event highly interactive and engaging.
Ward Member Durga Sodari Regmi attended the event as the Chief Guest, while Gobinda Bhatt, Janardan Dhakal, and Madhav Prasad Paudyal from the school were present as Special Guests.

The organizers expressed confidence that this training would motivate students to explore entrepreneurship as a promising career path and to leverage local skills and resources for sustainable business development.
