Dynamic Public Library officially commenced the “DPL Conclave 2026” on May 9, 2026 (Baisakh 26, 2082), bringing together educators, youth leaders, social activists, and community representatives for a two-day gathering in Hetauda. The conclave, which will continue until May 10, 2026 (Baisakh 27, 2082), is being organized with the objective of strengthening the culture of learning, leadership, and social transformation through libraries and youth engagement.
The event is being hosted at Quick-20 Hotel and has attracted the participation of individuals from different sectors who are actively involved in education, public service, and community development.

The inauguration session was graced by Mina Kumari Lama as the Chief Guest.
